Registration and Pricing

What is the registration fee?

Early Bird (through Friday, February 15, 2019)

What is included in the registration fee?

Your Summit registration includes admission to all conference sessions, including pre-conference CX Suite training and product insights sessions, as well as most meals – lunch and dinner on Monday, April 8; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Tuesday, April 9; and breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, April 10.

What if I need approval to attend?

Are meals included with the cost of registration?

Most meals will be provided as part of your registration fee, including:

• Lunch and Dinner on Monday, April 8

• Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Tuesday, April 9

• Breakfast and Lunch on Wednesday, April 10

Does the registration fee include transportation and hotel accommodations?

Air transportation and hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee.

Is there an additional charge for Pre-Conference Sessions?

There is no additional charge to attend the CX Suite Training or Product Insights Sessions on the Pre-Conference Day, Monday, April 8.

What is the substitution policy?

Attendee substitutions may be made at any time at no charge. Please email your substitution request to summit@foresee.com. Include full names of both the original registrant and the replacement registrant.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests for registration fee refunds must be received prior to April 8. Please email your refund request to summit@foresee.com. NOTE: Cancellation of travel and hotel reservations is the responsibility of the registrant.

Are there any discounts for groups?

A “Buy 3, Get 1 Free” discount is available for groups of 4 or more attendees. When registering 4 attendees at the same time, the discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

If you are registering as part of a group where each individual needs to register separately, please email summit@foresee.com for a special discount code. Please include the full name of each registrant in your group.

Are there any discounts for government/nonprofit attendees?

Attendees from the public sector can register at a special discounted early bird rate of $375 per person through February 15, and a discounted rate of $500 after February 15. Please email summit@foresee.com to request a discount code.

How is my registration confirmed?

After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration.

Hotel and Travel

Where will the Summit take place?

The 2019 Summit will take place at The Diplomat in Hollywood, FL. 

How do I make hotel reservations to receive the discounted rate?

Book your hotel stay through this link or by calling 855-689-2911 and referencing "ForeSee Summit" during the booking process.

The negotiated discounted hotel rate at the The Diplomat is $299 + tax per night + $10 daily resort fee which includes guestroom internet, local and toll-free calls, 1 group fitness class per day, transportation to/from golf location, unlimited range balls at golf location, and non-motorized water sports. This offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis through Friday, March 8. 
After this deadline, please contact ForeSee at summit@foresee.com inquire about rooms at the group rate.

If I want to extend my stay, will I be able to use the discounted hotel rate?

The discounted rate is available up to 3 days before and after the Summit, based on hotel occupancy. If you are planning to arrive early or extend your stay, please check with the hotel for available rates.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

To avoid a one night’s room and tax charge, reservations must be canceled at least 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

What is the closest airport?

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is approximately 8 miles from the The Diplomat. Taxi transportation is recommended from the airport to the hotel. Estimated one way taxi fare from FLL to The Diplomat is $40. Miami International Airport (MIA) is approximately 22 miles from The Diplomat.  Estimated one way taxi fare from MIA to The Diplomat is $80.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Upon arrival, taxi transportation is recommended from either Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) or Miami International Airport (MIA).

ForeSee will provide complimentary shuttle service from The Diplomat to both FLL and MIA on Wednesday, April 10, the final day of the conference, between 12:00pm – 3:00pm.

Where can I find information about the Hollywood, FL area?

The Diplomat is conveniently located only ten minutes south of Fort Lauderdale and twenty minutes north of Miami, near a variety of South Florida landmarks. Check out www.floridashollywood.org, as well as The Diplomat’s list of Things To Do In Sunny South Florida.

We are looking for enthusiastic speakers who are willing to share a CX case study or best practice with the Summit audience. Apply here, or visit our speakers page for more information.

What is the dress code?

Business casual attire is recommended for conference sessions. Evening activities are casual. You may wish you bring a jacket or sweater as conference room temperature tend to fluctuate.

Will I get copies of the presentations and materials?

Shareable presentation slides will be emailed to attendees after the conference.
