Will there still be a ForeSee Summit?

The ForeSee Summit has found a new home at Engage, the Verint Global Customer and Partner Conference, taking place May 20-23, in Orlando, Florida. Attend for the great content you expect–CX Suite training, product updates, and case studies–AND for the opportunity to network with an even larger group of CX-focused attendees!

What is Engage?

Engage is Verint's annual customer and partner conference dedicated to helping clients get the full benefit of their Verint solutions. It’s three days of learning, networking and feeling inspired. Hear about big ideas and bold innovations. Fill in the blanks fast with knowledge, tips, and solutions for crafting your roadmap to customer and employee engagement success. Meet with Verint’s worldwide customer and partner community and get the chance to have your say on future product innovation and your experience working with Verint.

Where is the conference held?

Engage 2019 will be held at the Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. The event will take place in the Loews Royal Pacific Resort and the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. (The hotels are linked by a walkway.)

What are the conference dates?

Pre-conference workshop sessions, including Introduction to the CX Suite and Product Insight sessions begin at 9 am Monday, May 20. The main conference starts at 6 pm on Monday, May 20, and concludes on Thursday, May 23, at 10 am.

Will there be ForeSee-specific content at Engage?

Yes! We will still host CX Suite Training, Product Insight Sessions, and case studies!

Will I be able to attend non-ForeSee specific sessions?

Yes, sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are open to all attendees.

What is the attire for the conference?

Conference attire is business casual. We recommend you bring a sweater or light jacket, as meeting room temperatures vary.

Hotel and Travel

There are two hotels listed for Verint Engage. Which one should I book?

Both hotels host portions of the conference. Breakout sessions take place in the Royal Pacific and general session is in the Sapphire. Both hotels are equidistant from the main registration desk. It’s a matter of your personal preference.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

To avoid a one night’s room and tax charge, reservations must be canceled at least five days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Which airport should I fly in to?

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the closest major airport, approximately 25 minutes from the conference hotels.

Does the hotel offer a shuttle service?

The hotel does not offer shuttle service to and from the airports. However, taxi and limousine service, car rentals, and several shuttle services are available at the airport. Verint does not provide transportation to and from the airport.


What is the pricing for Engage? It looks much more expensive than the ForeSee Summit.

We will honor ForeSee Summit pricing for ForeSee clients! Email if you would like to register.

What does conference pricing include?

Registration includes all conference events, materials, and conference meals (including the customer appreciation event). Travel costs are in addition to the conference registration fee. Lodging is not included.

Can I bring a guest?

The Engage conference is for Verint customers and partners only. Guests are not permitted to attend sessions or evening events, with the exception of the customer appreciation event on Wednesday. There is a $100 guest fee to cover the cost of food, beverages, and entertainment at this event. You can purchase a guest event pass when you register.

I already registered for the ForeSee Summit–do I need to re-register for Engage?

We will manually register for you. We will reach out to you to confirm your attendance at Verint Engage once registration opens.

What is the substitution policy?

If you have already registered for Verint Engage, but are no longer able to attend, substitutions may be made up to 12 pm Eastern Time on Friday, May 3, at no charge. Please send notification of your change via email to no later than 12 pm Eastern Time on Friday, May 3. Please be sure to include the new attendee’s name and contact information. You will receive an email confirmation once the change has been received and processed.
