What is the registration fee?

What is included in the registration fee?
Your Summit registration includes admission to all conference sessions, including pre-conference CX Suite training and product immersion sessions, as well as most meals – lunch and dinner on Tuesday, May 22; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Wednesday, May 23; and breakfast and lunch on Thursday, May 24.

Are meals included with the cost of registration?
Most meals will be provided as part of your registration fee, including:
• Lunch and Dinner on Tuesday, May 22
• Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Wednesday, May 23
• Breakfast and Lunch on Thursday, May 24
Does the registration fee include transportation and hotel accommodations?
Air transportation and hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee.
Is there an additional charge for Pre-Conference Sessions?
There is no additional charge to attend the CX Suite Training or Product Immersion Sessions on the Pre-Conference Day, Tuesday, May 22.
What is the substitution policy?
Attendee substitutions may be made at any time at no charge. Please email your substitution request to email@example.com. Include full names of both the original registrant and the replacement registrant.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests for registration fee refunds must be received prior to May 22. Please email your refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org. NOTE: Cancellation of travel and hotel reservations is the responsibility of the registrant.
Are there any discounts for groups?
A “Buy 3, Get 1 Free” discount is available for groups of 4 or more attendees. When registering 4 attendees at the same time, the discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
If you are registering as part of a group where each individual needs to register separately, please email email@example.com for a special discount code. Please include the full name of each registrant in your group.
Are there any discounts for government/nonprofit attendees?
Attendees from the public sector can register at a special discounted early bird rate of $375 per person through March 30, and a discounted rate of $500 after March 30. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a discount code.
How is my registration confirmed?
After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration.
Hotel and Travel
Where will the Summit take place?
The 2018 Summit will take place at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix, AZ.
How do I make hotel reservations to receive the discounted rate?
The negotiated discounted hotel rate at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge is $279 + tax per night and is available on a first-come, first-served basis through Friday, April 20. After April 20, please contact ForeSee at email@example.com inquire about rooms at the group rate.
If I want to extend my stay, will I be able to use the discounted hotel rate?
The discounted rate is available up to 3 days before and after the Summit, based on hotel occupancy. If you are planning to arrive early or extend your stay, please check with the hotel for available rates.
What is the hotel cancellation policy?
To avoid a one night’s room and tax charge, reservations must be canceled at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
What is the closest airport?
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is approximately 22 miles from the JW Marriott Desert Ridge. Taxi transportation is recommended from the airport to the hotel. Estimated one way taxi fare from PHX to the JW Marriott Desert Ridge is $65.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
Upon arrival, taxi transportation is recommended from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) to the JW Marriott Desert Ridge. Estimated one way taxi fare from PHX to the JW Marriott is $65.
ForeSee will provide complimentary shuttle service from the JW Marriott to PHX on Thursday, May 24, the final day of the conference, between 12:00pm – 3:00pm.

We are looking for enthusiastic speakers who are willing to share a CX case study or best practice with the Summit audience. Speaker proposal submissions close October 16, 2017. Apply here, or visit our speakers page for more information.
What is the dress code?
Business casual attire is recommended for conference sessions. Evening activities are casual. You may wish you bring a jacket or sweater as conference room temperature tend to fluctuate.
Will I get copies of the presentations and materials?
Shareable presentation slides will be emailed to attendees after the conference.
